Exchange and Returns
You have a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt to exchange an item or request a refund, provided the product is unused.
In the case of a hygiene product (such as a breast pump), the seal of the box must remain intact. If the seal has been broken, the legal cooling-off period for online purchases no longer applies.

Because we have experienced lost shipments in the past, we have chosen to work exclusively with PostNL.
1.) Prepare your package for shipment
Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include the return form.
It is important to indicate on this document whether you would like to exchange the item for a different size/color or return it for a refund, and to specify which items are involved.
2.) Clearly write our address on the package.
On this page, you’ll find the link to the return form.
If you cannot find it, please contact our helpdesk.
3.) Send your package via PostNL
Take your package to a PostNL service point (post office or parcel point) and ship it.
Once the product has been received in our warehouse, we will process the exchange (size/color) or arrange the refund as soon as possible.
Since our products are often offered at very competitive prices, and we have not factored in possible returns, the shipping costs for returning an order are at the customer’s expense.
